Hall and Moskow Development
Hall and Moskow began as a partnership between Gordon Hall and Michael Moskow
in 1969. At that time they began to purchase buildings for use as small
apartment houses in Newburyport.
In 1981 David Hall joined the partnership and made the Newburyport area his home
as well as his place of business. David began to acquire and develop more
small apartment buildings and to enlist the help of local contractors
for their expertise.
In 1985 the site currently known as The Tannery was purchased and David began
the (still ongoing) process of development of this commercial project.
At the present time there are sixty businesses located at The Tannery.
The rental office is located on the lower level at 75 Water Street, Mill No. 1 of
The Tannery in Newburyport. For leasing information call (978) 465-7047
and choose extension 23 for Tannery space or extension 22 for apartment
availability.
