to The Tannery Mall
The Tannery is located in downtown Newburyport on the corner of Federal and Water Streets.
Newburyport is a charming seaport in the northeast corner of Massachusetts.

The Tannery is easily reached from I-95 at the Scotland Road exit (if you are Northbound)
or the Route 113 exit if you are Southbound. See the Newburyport street
map for more local detail, or the Newburyport area map for a general
overview.
If taking the Route 113 exit, follow Story Avenue to High Street, and turn left onto Federal
after going through the lights at State Street. We are at the foot of
Federal, about 10 minutes from I-95.
If taking the Scotland Road exit, follow until you come to a "T" intersection at the traffic
lights on Low Street. Turn right, cross Route 1, go up hill on Pond
Street, and turn right onto High Street. Turn left onto Federal after
going through the lights at State Street. We are at the foot of Federal,
about 10 minutes from I-95.
